You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after the day of receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited the full order amount, including shipping costs.
The costs for returning an order from your address to Colors Store are fully covered by Colors Store. Returning is therefore completely free for the customer.
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned to the entrepreneur with all delivered accessories and – if reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging. Should the product be damaged or the packaging more damaged than is necessary to sell the product, we may pass on this depreciation of the product to you. Therefore, please handle the product with care and ensure that it is well-packaged when returning it.
Exceptions to the right of withdrawal are custom-made items, which have been specially made for you, and products such as swimwear or bodysuits, which we cannot accept as returns for hygienic reasons if worn or tried on without underwear.
To exercise this right, please contact us at colorsstore.shop@outlook.com. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days of notifying us of your return. If we have not yet received the item back within these 14 days, you are required to provide proof of return in order to receive your purchase amount back.
