Right of withdrawal

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after the day of receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited the full order amount, including shipping costs. Only the costs for returning the product from your home to the webshop are for your own account. These costs are approximately 7.25 per package; consult the website of your carrier for exact rates.

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the entrepreneur with all delivered accessories and – if reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging. If the product is damaged or the packaging is more damaged than necessary to sell the product, we may pass on this depreciation of the product to you. Therefore, handle the product with care and ensure that it is well-packaged upon return.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal are custom-made items, specifically tailored for you, and products such as swimwear or bodysuits, which we cannot accept as returns for hygienic reasons if worn or tried on without underwear.

To exercise this right, please contact us via colorsstore.shop@outlook.com. We will then refund the due order amount within 14 days after you notify us of your return. If we have not yet received the item within these 14 days, you are obliged to provide proof of return in order to receive your purchase amount back.
