How long does delivery take?

Processing time After receiving your payment, your order will be processed and shipped within 1–2 business days.

Delivery times After processing, we use the following estimated shipping times:

Netherlands & Belgium: 1–3 business days
Europe (other EU): 3–5 business days
United States: 5–13 business days
Canada: 10–20 business days
Australia & New Zealand: 10–20 business days
Rest of the world: 10–25 business days

Please note: These are estimated times. During busy periods or due to customs delays, delivery time may be slightly longer.

Can I return my order?

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after the day of receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited the full order amount, including shipping costs. Only the costs for returning the product from your home to the webshop are for your own account. These costs are approximately €7.25 per package; consult the website of your carrier for the exact rates.
