What are the shipping costs?

🌍 Rest of the world — Free shipping on orders over €150.00 · Flat rate: €12.95

Within the Netherlands, you do not pay separate shipping costs at checkout. For orders to other countries, shipping costs may apply, depending on the destination and order value. You will see the final costs before you pay.

How long does delivery take?

Processing time After receiving your payment, your order will be processed and shipped within 1–2 working days.

Delivery times After processing, we apply the following estimated shipping times:

The Netherlands & Belgium: 1–3 working days
Europe (other EU countries): 3–5 working days
United States: 5–13 working days
Canada: 10–20 working days
Australia & New Zealand: 10–20 working days
Rest of the world: 10–25 working days

Please note: These are estimated times. During busy periods or due to customs delays, delivery times may be slightly longer.

Can I return my order?

You have the right to cancel your order up to 30 days after receipt of the last product in your order without giving any reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return the product. You will then be refunded the full order amount including the original shipping costs. The costs for returning your order from your address to Colors Store are covered by Colors Store. Please register your return first via colorsstore.shop@outlook.com; you will then receive the return instructions for your order.
