Once your payment has been received, your order will be processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days.

Shipping costs depend on the destination country:

🇪🇺 Europe: Free shipping on orders of €60.00 or more · Orders under €60.00: €6.95
🇺🇸🇨🇦 United States & Canada: Free shipping on orders of €150.00 or more · Flat rate: €12.95
🇦🇺🇳🇿 Australia & New Zealand: Free shipping on orders of €150.00 or more · Flat rate: €12.95
🌍 Rest of the world: Free shipping on orders of €150.00 or more · Flat rate: €12.95

- Delivery times
After processing, the estimated delivery times are as follows:
Netherlands & Belgium: 1–3 business days
Europe (other EU countries): 3–5 business days
United States: 5–13 business days
Canada: 10–20 business days
Australia & New Zealand: 10–20 business days
Rest of the world: 10–25 business days
Please note: These are estimated delivery times. During busy periods or due to customs delays, delivery may take slightly longer.
- Tracking
As soon as your parcel leaves our warehouse, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking code.
- Import duties and taxes (outside the EU)
Shipments outside the EU may be subject to import duties, VAT and handling fees. These costs are entirely the customer’s responsibility.
- Incorrect address
Please ensure that your address details are correct and complete. We are not responsible for shipments that cannot be delivered due to an incorrectly provided address.
