You have the right to cancel your order without giving a reason within 30 days of receiving the last product in your order. After cancellation, you have a further 14 days to return your product. You will then receive a refund of the full order amount, including shipping costs.

Colors Store covers the full cost of returning an order from your address to Colors Store. Returns are therefore completely free for the customer.

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned to the seller with all supplied accessories and, where reasonably possible, in its original condition and packaging. To exercise this right, you can contact us at colorsstore.shop@outlook.com. We will then refund the amount due within 14 days of receiving your return notification, provided that the product has already been received back in good condition. If the product is damaged, or the packaging is damaged beyond what is necessary to try the product, we may deduct the resulting reduction in the product’s value from your refund. Please handle the product with care and ensure that it is properly packaged when returning it.

Please register your return first by emailing colorsstore.shop@outlook.com. You will then receive the return instructions for your order. The standard return address is Colors Store, Jan van Amstelstraat 48, 5262 CP Vught, Netherlands. For some orders, you will receive a different return address or a return form. In that case, please follow the instructions we provide for your order. Colors Store covers the return shipping costs.

Free returns and placing a new order:

Would you like a different size or a different product? Please register the product you received for a free return by emailing colorsstore.shop@outlook.com. You will receive the return instructions for your order. You can purchase the item you would like by placing a new order. We do not offer direct exchanges.

Incorrect delivery address provided:

Accidentally provided an incorrect delivery address? Please contact us as soon as possible. We will try to amend your order for you.
