4. Delivery Times After processing, we apply the following estimated shipping times:
- Netherlands & Belgium: 1–3 business days
- Europe (other EU): 3–5 business days
- United States: 5–13 business days
- Canada: 10–20 business days
- Australia & New Zealand: 10–20 business days
- Rest of the world: 10–25 business days

5. Track & Trace As soon as your package leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email confirmation with a Track & Trace code.
6. Import Duties and Taxes (Outside the EU) For shipments outside the EU, import duties, VAT, and administration fees may apply. These costs are the sole responsibility of the customer.
7. Incorrect Address Please ensure that your address details are entered correctly and completely. We are not responsible for shipments that cannot be delivered due to an incorrectly provided address.
